Building on NRDC’s commitment to energy efficiency in affordable multifamily housing, led by the Energy Efficiency For All Project, NRDC’s Center for Market Innovation (CMI) launched an effort to push the envelope on the financing side. NRDC’s CMI partnered with affordable multifamily building owners, energy consultants and financing experts to develop a path forward for owners seeking to implement energy efficiency measures. The process identified specific recommendations for policy makers and lenders to support greater investment in energy efficient retrofits across New York.

Please join E2 and CMI on May 3 to hear from experts involved in that project, on the opportunities for maximizing the value of energy efficiency and renewable energy investments in affordable multifamily housing properties.
